Description
Concept art for a new fighter character that... possibly, may be a part of future animating endeavors. He's not too fleshed out yet, but so far these are the basics.
As a fighter, he's adaptable and can move around the field of battle pretty quickly. As one who lived off the streets of Neo London for most of his early life, he's been able to escape or fight his way through his problems. He seems to be a human with magical properties and abilities, though how and when he acquired these abilities are unknown, or, if the tools he uses are magic.
Tools for fighting:
His top hat can launch a trick boxing glove that has a surprising amount of range. He could also use it to propel himself in various directions. His top hat is also pretty durable, and can withstand being stepped on.
His pipe can create illusions, namely bubbles or smoke, to make quick getaways or confuse foes. Surprisingly, it is not used for smoking.
His cane can be used to hit people, more so with the diamond end of the cane, or to push people back. It can also extend, though to what length it is unknown.
*Mind you, the basic look can still change, though I wanted to get his characterization out already. I'm also trying to see if I can draw 12 year old kids, soooooo, yeah. Not sure how I did there. Still, I do like the character, and, is possible, expect to see him in the future
